Magnolia Prime Welcomes Two San Francisco Bay Area Senior Communities

REDWOOD CITY, CA - November 14, 2011 – Magnolia Prime is pleased to announce that two independent living communities in the San Francisco Bay area now use the Telebeneficiary platform as one tool to outreach to their residents.

Staff at Allen Temple Arms is located in Oakland and sends messages to residents on a regular basis to inform them of programs arranged by the Service Coordinator. Allen Temple Arms Board Member and Administrator Lewis Sellars says, "Our residents have accepted receiving information from management via the phone as an option to finding a paper flier at their door. We send Magnolia Prime phone notifications when our Service Coordinator has arranged a health or education program. Attendance has doubled since we started using Magnolia Prime! In addition, its straightforward set up and implementation will allow us to broadcast a safety or emergency announcement should that ever be needed."

On the other side of the bay is Jones Memorial Homes, which is located in San Francisco’s Fillmore District. Says Management Agent Billy Hutton of Alton Management, “We see Magnolia Prime as a way to leverage Jones Memorial’s Service Coordinator, who is part time and handling a variety of resident issues at any given point in time. We see its value in communicating with a diverse resident population. The vast majority of residents speak Korean or another non-English language. What better way to make our residents feel at home than to communicate with them in their first language?”
