Magnolia Prime a Finalist in Silicon Valley Boomer Business Plan Competition
REDWOOD CITY, CA - May 22, 2009 - Magnolia Prime Founder and President Karen Routt announced that Magnolia Prime’s business plan has reached the final round of the competition held in conjunction with the Silicon Valley Boomer Venture Summit at Santa Clara University. The Summit, to be held June 16th and 17th, concludes on the second day by naming the competition’s winner selected by venture capitalists and business leaders looking for business opportunities targeting the growing aging population. Karen reflected on Magnolia Prime’s selection: “Having dedicated many years to understanding the needs of the aging population, we are honored to be among the handful of finalists selected from a large pool of applicants.
